SRX114221: GRO-seq data from purified splenic B cells
2 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) runs: 159.2M spots, 8G bases, 4.8Gb downloads

Design: Nuclei were isolated from day 4 CD40/IL4-stimulated and I-SceI-infected c-myc25xI-SceI B cells as described (Giallourakis et al., 2010). GRO-seq libraries were prepared from 5 millions cells from two independent mice using a described protocol (Core et al., 2008). Both libraries were sequenced on the Hi-Seq 2000 platform with single-end reads.
