Metbarcoding study; Initial test of our haplotyping primer sets (fwh1 and fwh2) on 4 mock communities containing 52 unique taxa each and one single species sample containing 31 specimens of Dinocras cephalotes (unique haplotypes). Additionally macroinvertebrate kick samples from 3 different locations in Romania were included in the library.
