Example: Type in: Padilla-nash BK-10 Xq27
This will bring up the results of a SKY study of cell line BK-10, done by
Padilla-Nash, who found a chromosomal abnormality involving the Xq27
breakpoint in the BK-10 cell line.
Results of Search
All the cases which conform to all topics are returned. In addition to the information
presented in the table for each case, you can:
- Press "Case Info" to view clinical and research data and to find a link to the PubMed
abstract of the reference for the publication in which this case appears.
- Press "SKY/M-FISH" to obtain a list of all the clones/cells in the case,each of which is linked
to its own full colored SKY ideogram.
- Press "CGH" to view the full CGH profile, which displays the losses (in red) and the
gains (in green) for each chromosome with an abnormal CGH profile.
