Perforated leiomyosarcoma of Meckel's diverticulum. Case report.

Abstract

A case of perforated leiomyosarcoma of Meckel's diverticulum causing acute abdomen is described. In the available literature only 58 cases of leiomyosarcoma at this site have been reported, with three perforations.
