GOLD (Genomes On Line Database) is a World Wide Web resource for comprehensive access to information regarding complete and ongoing genome projects around the world. AVAILABILITY: GOLD is based at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is available at http://geta.life.uiuc.edu/ approximately nikos/genomes. html.
