Figure 23 is a forest plot depicting our meta-analysis on complete abstinence from alcohol. There were two placebo controlled trials of aripiprazole, one reported a statistically significant effect that favored the placebo group and the other did not report a statistically significant effect. One placebo controlled trial of quetiapine had a statistically significant relative risk of complete abstinence of 4.97. The overall pooled estimate of the relative risk of complete abstinence was not statistically significant.
