The increasing number of the coexistence of psychoneuroses with organic diseases may lead to several diagnostic difficulties and errors. It may occur that the physician by mistake diagnoses only an organic disease. In other cases it may also occur that the physician makes an opposite mistake assuming only a psychoneurosis. The aim of this paper was the discussion of these two possibilities of mistake on the basis of the own experience of the author.
