Circadian rhythms. What makes the clock tick?

Curr Biol. 1994 Aug 1;4(8):720-3. doi: 10.1016/s0960-9822(00)00159-7.

Abstract

The circadian clock affects many aspects of eukaryotic behaviour. A series of studies in fungi, flies and mice have used molecular and genetic approaches to peer into the machinery of the clock.
