    Abstract

    A case of successful pregnancy in a patient with Wilson's disease treated with D-penicillamine and zinc sulfate is presented. Experience with D-penicillamine, triethylene tetramine dihydrochloride (trien) and zinc salts during pregnancy is reviewed and discussed.
