Abstract

目前嵌合抗原受体（CAR）-T细胞治疗已成为重要的肿瘤免疫治疗方法之一，2017年获得了美国食品和药物管理局（FDA）的批准后，CAR-T细胞改变了复发难治性B细胞肿瘤的治疗策略。但是，随着临床试验的广泛开展，越来越多的挑战和待解决的问题随之而来，需要在基础研究和临床试验中探索和解决。.
