Abstract

1例急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）5年余的患儿非血缘全相合造血干细胞移植术后6个月余耳前出现肿物，行耳前肿物切除活检术，免疫组织化学示CK5/6阳性, Ki-67+10%, P63阳性, PAS阳性, CK7阳性，病理结果示：（左腮腺淋巴结）结合形态及免疫组化符合：黏液表皮样癌，低级别。儿童ALL治疗后合并腮腺黏液表皮样癌少见。.
