The ‘RNA, misc’ category groups together RNA locus types that represent a small number of genes. These are: ‘RNA, Cajal body-specific’, ‘RNA, ribosomal’, ‘RNA, small cytoplasmic’, ‘RNA, vault’, ‘RNA, Y’, ‘RNA, RNase’ and ‘RNA, telomerase’.
