[Activity of the Far East commonstate organization during the Russian-Japanese War 1904-1905]

Abstract

The article is concerned with the participation of commonstate organizations in the delivery of medical treatment for the wounded soldiers in Fast East during the Russian-Japanese War 1904-1905. On the morrow of the Russian-Japanese War this community was transformed into the commonstate organization of relief. This organization expanded its help to the harmed from bad harvest areas and than to the migrants. During the early of the World War I 1914-1918 on the ground of commonstate organization was developed The Russian commonstate union.
