How to select a vendor based on practice-specific requirements: developing your RFI and RFP.

The Coker Group, IT Division, USA. jdaigrepont@cokergroup.com

Developing an RFP can be a time-consuming process if you allow it to get out of control. The key is to keep the process simple by prioritizing what is most important and to use the RFI to get to your top vendor options quickly. Early planning and preparation will pay off in more ways than one. For a complimentary example of an RFI and RFP, please contact The Coker Group at www.cokergroup.com.
