[Snoring in children]

Abstract

Only snoring loud enough to be heard behind a closed door have to be investigated and treated. Snoring is severe when associated with sleep apneas. The 3 most frequent causes of snoring in children are enlarged adenoids, enlarged tonsils and blocked nose due to allergic rhinitis.
