Department of Urology, USC Keck School of Medicine, 1136 West 6th Street, Suite 704, Los Angeles, CA 90017, USA. ginsberg@ccnt.hsc.usc.edu

This review focuses on prolapse of the vaginal vault and discusses the evaluation and surgical therapies including vaginal, abdominal, and laparoscopic approaches.
