    Abstract

This article covers techniques of imaging, posterior fossa tumors, and supratentorial tumors. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging are commonly used in the diagnosis and evaluation of pediatric brain tumors. MR imaging is the primary imaging technique because it is more sensitive in the detection of small tumors, particularly those in the posterior fossa.
