Sarcoidosis rarely affects the female genitalia. We report a 36-year-old woman who had a hysterectomy for metrorrhagia. Histologic examination showed sarcoid granulomas in the endometrium and myometrium. Subsequent examinations revealed pulmonary sarcoidosis as well. Copyright 2002 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
