J Am Acad Dermatol. 2000 Sep;43(3):538-40. doi: 10.1067/mjd.2000.106513.

Abstract

Cysticercosis is an infection resulting from the larval form of the pork tapeworm, and domestic infection is rare in Japan. We report a case of Cysticercus cellulosae cutis in a Japanese woman who was thought to be infected in an endemic area and offer a brief review of the literature.
