The NCBI Map Viewer presents a whole-genome radiation hybrid (RH) map of the river buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) genome. The RH map for the X chromosome and all 24 autosomes has 2621 cattle-derived markers, including SNPs, coding genes, ESTs, and microsatellites. The map is based on "A first generation whole genome RH map of the river buffalo with comparison to domestic cattle." (Amaral EJ et al, BMC Genomics, in press).
