RIKEN Arabidopsis Full-Length cDNA Project

OVERVIEW

Using the biotinylated CAP trapper method, Seki et al. (2002) have constructed ca. 20 full-length cDNA libraries from Arabidopsis thaliana at various stages of development under several growth conditions. Researchers at RIKEN are making progress toward the goal of isolating and sequencing more than 15,000 independent full-length cDNAs. Reagents are available upon written request.
