(A) The amplitude of spontaneous miniature events (mEJPs or minis) in mutant dVMATP1 homozygotes (P/P) does not differ significantly from CS controls (+/+, Student's t-test, P > 0.18). (B) Mini frequency is increased in P/P compared to controls (P < 0.005). (C) Evoked EJP amplitude is increased in P/P (P < 0.0002).
