Mean values (●) and 95% confidence intervals (−) were plotted on log scale, adjusted for pill-years of NSAID use, percent energy intake from saturated fat, BMI, smoking status, years of HRT use, type of menopause, self-reported health status, and use of NSAIDs in the past 24 hours of urine collection. Estimates associated with specific types of NSAID use were additionally adjusted for other types of NSAID use. A reference line indicates the overall mean of urinary PGE-M concentrations in the subcohort members.
