Toxicological evaluation of vehicle- and EpoD-treated 12-month old PS19 mice. WT or PS19 mice that had received vehicle or EpoD from 9 to 12 months of age were evaluated for (A) final body weights; (B) organ weights; (C) white blood cell counts (WBC) and percentage of WBC that are neutrophils; and (D) sensory nerve function using the Von Frey test of foot pad sensitivity. There were no statistically significant changes among any of the groups within these measures as determined by one-way ANOVA, with n=8–10 mice/group.
