Histologic features of EBV-SMT. A. The tumors contain two cell populations composed of spindle cells arranged in short fascicles and oval to round cells forming distinct nodules. B. The spindle cells have elongated blunt-ended nuclei and abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. C. The oval-round cells show mild to moderate nuclear atypia. D. Hemangiopericytoma-like vascular pattern is focally present.
