Heat map of representative circadian oscillating genes. As control groups, the data in zeitgeber time (ZT) 0, ZT6, ZT12, and ZT18 groups are from untreated mice. The expression levels of AIHM and arousal groups closely resemble values for the ZT0 time point of the control group, although the sampling times for AIHM and arousal group are close to ZT6 and ZT12, respectively. The color scale reflects the absolute value of the expression level of each gene. *Expression levels were log2-transformed before analysis.
