TGs were treated with collagenase, and the population of cells was analyzed by flow cytometry by using antibodies against the indicated cells (A). An antibody against IFN-γ was used in CD8 T cells (B). All data presented are the mean ± SEM; *P < 0.05 for comparison by t-test.
