Exclude synthetic Ig molecules

This will exclude non-native Ig molecules that are artificially created, such as humanized antibodies.

Minimal sequence length

Limit to sequences that have at least the specified length. This may be used to exclude short sequences.

Maximal sequence length

Limit to sequences that have at most the specified length. As this database contains some long nucleotide sequences (i.e., genomic DNA clones), this may be used to exclude those sequences.

Minimal percent identity

Limit to sequences that have at least the specified percentage identity to the specified germline gene.

Maximal percent identity

Limit to sequences that have at most the specified percentage identity to the specified germline gene.

Germline gene

Limit to sequences that are most similar to the specified germline gene as pre-determined by BLAST search. When specifying a germline gene, you must use a name that is EXACTLY the same as (for example, IGKV1-5*03, J558.67.166, etc.) it appears in our germline gene database although the name is case insensitive. Enter "all" if you don't want this limit. Only one name is allowed per search. This can be used to retrieve Ig sequences that likely arise from a particular germline gene, or to retrieve all sequences for a particular Ig V locus (for example, to retrieve all Vk sequences). Note that germline gene assignment is less reliable if a lower "Minimal percent identity" is specified.

Limit by entrez query

Enter key words to limit your search. Enter the key words the same way as you would for entrez. For examle, enter "hiv" to search for Ig sequences associated with HIV virus.
