GTEx

The Genotype-Tissue Expression Database is part of an NIH roadmap project (http://nihroadmap.nih.gov/GTEx/) that will provide access to expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) data. Once developed, users will be able to display and download associations between human genetic variation and gene expression values across multiple tissues from the same individuals. In addition to calculated associations, individual-level data will be made available through a controlled access system. The database will hold both existing data on gene expression and that generated as part of the Roadmap project.
