Description |
yucatananse Fiber 2 DPA (58058)
|
Data processing |
The procedure for spot detection was performed by NimbleGen. All values of the 42,429 genes with 7 redundant probes per gene were median polished with Tukey's biweight prior to performing a standard mixed linear model (LM) analysis of the data for expression differences between each fiber developmental stage within and between accessions of G. barbadense.
