Submit Mapping data to UniSTS

To submit mapping data to UniSTS, please prepare following three files:

mapname_map_desc: information about the map.
mapname_marker_data: marker data used in the map.
mapname_map_data: mapping data of markers listed in the file mapname_marker_data


For example, if the mapname is "MyMap", the file name should be:
MyMap_map_data
MyMap_marker_data
MyMap_map_desc

Send the files to unists_sub@ncbi.nlm.nih.gov with subject line "Submit_MapData" and you will be notified when your files are received.
