Organism
Biological source of the material used to construct the library.Click here to see if the library for organism is present. If library for the organism is not present, please contact Clone Registry Admin.

Submitting Center
This is the institution name that you registered.with the Clone Registry.Click here to see if your institution is registered. If your center is not registered, please contact Clone Registry Admin.

Registration Data
Enter data on the clones to be registered in this field. One clone per line. Each line consists of 5 elements delimited by semi-colons. For example:

RP11-400K16; Reserve; 1; ;
CTD-2367O23; Commit; 17; ; WICGR project L866
RP11-74P16 ; Redundant; 1; ; Contains STSs H20676,U44388
RP11-656E20; Accession; 12; AC006514; Baylor project HMBN

The first field (required) identifies the clone by library and address (see clone nomenclature ).
The second field (required) must be one of the following transaction codes:
ReserveRequests a short-term (1 week) reservation on a clone. This should be done when the clone is under consideration, but there is not yet a commitment to sequence it.
CommitIndicates that sequencing of the clone is under way and that others should not touch it. This state expires after 8 weeks unless it is either renewed by the center or an accession number (phase 1 or better) is submitted.
RedundantRequests that others not sequence the clone because it falls completely within a region that is already being sequenced.
AbandonNotification that the clone is no longer being sequenced.
AccessionAssociates a GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ accession number (to be placed in the fourth field) with a clone.
FreeReleases a previous claim and returns the clone to the free pool.

The third field (optional) indicates the chromosome, if known.

If the transaction code is Accession, the fourth field must contain the accession number. Otherwise it should be left blank.

The fifth field (optional) may contain a submitter comment.
