    Besides, we found miR-628-5p targeted at and down-regulated the expression of fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2). FGFR2 expressed higher in ovarian cancer tissues and was correlated with worse prognosis. Our findings indicated that miR-628-5pplays an important role in ovarian cancer stem cell driven tumorigenesis.
