    Encodes a non-specific lipase that hydrolyzes phospholipids as well as galactolipids, at both sn-1 and sn-2 positions. Involved in basal jasmonic acid biosynthesis by releasing the precursor fatty acid from membrane lipids. Mutant plants were impacted in resistance to fungus B. cinerea.
