    Expression profiling of lower-grade diffuse astrocytic glioma

    Comprehensive Mapping of Paediatric High Grade Glioma

    Novel Oncogenic PDGFRA Mutations in Pediatric High-Grade Gliomas

    Clinically significant copy number alterations and complex rearrangements of MYB and NFIB in adenoid cystic carcinoma of the head and neck

    Comparative gene expression analysis of repro9/repro9 and wild type testes from 14 and 17 day mice

Repro9/repro9 mutant males are infertile due to meiotic arrest at pachytene stage.     MYBL1 transcription factor knockout effect on testes

    Analysis of testis from 14 and 17 day old Mybl1 repro9/repro9 mutants. Mybl1 is highly transcribed in spermatocytes after meiotic entry. Repro9 mutants exhibit male infertility due to arrest of meiosis pachytene stage. Results provide insight in the role of MYBL1 in the regulation of male meiosis.
