The Epigenomics database, a public repository that archived genome-wide maps of DNA and histone modifications, was retired on June 1, 2016.

All epigenomics data are available in our GEO resource.

An Epigenomics spreadsheet file is available for download and includes detailed metadata as well as URLs to visualize data in the Genome Data Viewer and download data files. In addition, if you are specifically interested in the NIH Roadmap Epigenomics Project, we also maintain a page for this project's data.
