B. A summary of the query results.
To see a particular entry, click on a gene symbol (e.g. Msx2, EVX2, MEOX1, HOXD11). To see one or more entries,

• check one or more of the open boxes to the left of the symbols,
• use the menu options in the Display box to select Graphic or Default, and
• press Display.

The text of the each Summary display includes the gene symbol, the full descriptive name (both provided by an authoritative nomenclature group when available), followed by the binomial for the species, the chromosome and regional localization, and the GeneID value.

These links are based on cross-referencing information to other data sets in the Entrez system.
