Figure 17 is a forest plot depicting our meta-analysis on the likelihood of “response,” as measured by the MADRS instrument, for depression monotherapy studies. Five placebo controlled monotherapy studies of quetiapine were pooled, resulting in a statistically significant pooled estimate of relative risk of response of 1.49.
