Amino acid residues are colored according to ClustalW: D, E (acidic) are in blue; R, H, K (basic) are in black; A, V, F, P, M, I, L, W (hydrophobic (including aromatic—Y)) are in red; S, T, Y, H, C, N, G, Q (Hydroxyl + Amine + others) are in green.
