Phosphacan/RPTP-beta expression in P7 Cerebellum. A) In situ hybridization on rat cerebellum at postnatal day 7. The riboprobe used recognizes all known isoforms of phosphacan/ RPTPbeta. An expression is seen in the Purkinje cell layer, in the inner granule cell layer and in the white matter. B) Immunodetection of the all isoforms of phosphacan/RPTPbeta with the polyclonal antibody KAF13 in the rat cerebellum at postnatal day 7.
