(E) and (F) (same magnification) were high power pictures from (C) and (D), respectively. Note the reduced numbers of alveolar structures and the smaller lumen size in the transgenics (D, F). Photographs were taken with a 10X objective for (A-D) and with a 40X objective for (E-F).
