Platelet aggregometry tracing of human platelets in response to ADP. Low-dose exposure results in reversible aggregation, evident as a transient increase in light transmission. Intermediate dose results in two “waves” of aggregation, whereas high-dose exposure induces a single, irreversible wave of aggregation.
