Figure F-115 is titled “Change in BDI for SSRIs compared with placebo.” The figure displays a forest plot reporting the weighted mean difference in BDI scores stratified by citalopram compared with placebo, fluoxetine compared with placebo, and sertraline compared with placebo. The figure depicts greater reductions in BDI scores for patients treated with citalopram than placebo (1 trial, weighted mean difference −0.47, 95% CI −10.98 to −10.04). Patients treated with placebo had greater reductions in BDI scores than those treated with fluoxetine (1 trial, weighted mean differences 1.32, 95% CI −3.45 to 6.09) and sertraline (1 trial, weighted mean differences −2.18, 95% CI −8.60 to 12.96).
