Genome Information for Salmonella enterica
The objective of this study is to compare the ability of whole genome sequence based typing methods to distinguish strains of Salmonella enterica serovar Heidelberg involved in foodborne outbreaks. This serovar is highly clonal and isolates are indistinguishable by traditional typing methods.
