Ajellomyces capsulatus G186AR

WGS sequencing

See Genome Information for Ajellomyces capsulatus
The Washington University School of Medicine (WashU), in collaboration with the Broad Institute and the University of California at San Francisco, sequenced the Ajellomyces capsulatus strain G186AR genome at 6X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. Together with the 4X coverage provided by Broad Institute, the team built a high quality assembly that is currently being annotated.
