Genome Information for Synechococcus
Synechococcus sp. JA-2-3B'a(2-13). Also known as Cyanobacteria Yellowstone B-Prime, this organism represents a group of Cyanobacteria that have been identified along temperature and vertical gradients in hot spring microbial mats. Synechococcus sp. JA-2-3B'a(2-13) will be used for comparative genomics with other Cyanobacteria.
