The Peptoclostridium difficile QCD-97b34 whole genome shotgun (WGS) project has the project accession ABHF00000000. This version of the project (02) has the accession number ABHF02000000, and consists of sequences ABHF02000001-ABHF02000060.

The whole genome shotgun sequence was generated by the McGill University and Genome Quebec Innovation Centre using the GS De NovoAssembler with GS-FLX reads. Gap closure was performed using PCR and traditional sequencing. Contigs numbered 1 to 46 are ordered and oriented according to the complete genome of Clostridium difficile 630 (AM180355). Contigs numbered 47 to 60 cannot be placed with certainty and are ordered by increasing size. This strain is available from Dr. A. Dascal, Jewish General Hospital, Room G142, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H3T 1E2.
