CASP3 - Prediction problems and fold-recognition results
Explore the solved 3D structures of CASP3 prediction targets and the results of
VAST structure-structure comparisons. A UserId and Password are needed for the
display of structures not yet in the public domain. VAST Structure neighbors have
been calculated using the VAST Search service available from this site.
Evaluation tables for CASP3 predictions have been calculated using the
same numerical quantities as in the threading section of the 1996 CASP2
experiment. A UserId and Password are needed to view
confidential target structures, but all models and numerical evaluation
data are available without restrictions.
A "phase diagram" of target difficulty provides a common scale
for CASP2 and CASP3 threading prediction problems. This page
also provides a summary table for CASP3 Fold Recognition targets.

model quality threshold of 50% correctly aligned residues
(allowing for local shift errors and according to
numerical evaluation quantities "sf0" and "sf4").
