CASP3 Numerical Evaluation

Predictions submitted to CASP3 in the form of alignments (AL) or three-dimensional structures (TS) have been evaluated in the framework of the numerical quantities used for CASP2. Specifically, alignments submitted and reconstructed from 3D models have been evaluated against structure-structure alignments generated by VAST. These are NOT the official CASP3 evaluation results. These can be found at the PredictionCenter.

Use the form below to see CASP2-like evaluation tables for the CASP3 models. Confidentiality of selected target structures requires password protection. Predictors participating in the CASP3 experiment have been issued User-Id's and passwords by the CASP3 organizers. If you can not supply a valid password, you will not be able to view superpositions of models on the actual target structures unless they are in the public domain already.
