Each of the exercises below is a guided tutorial (15-30 minutes) suitable for use in a computer classroom or for individual study. The tutorials require that Cn3D be installed locally.
These exercises cover finding structures in Entrez, viewing and manipulating them in Cn3D and creating custom annotations.
These exercises cover creating and editing multiple sequence alignments in Cn3D and using these alignments as structural templates for proteins of unknown structure.
